The most beautiful water wonder of Bangladesh is “Tanguar Haor”*. It is not easy to deprive the captive heart from the real beauty of this Haor. That is why, every year our traveling-athirst souls wander around the chest of the haor.
The blue waters, with the brush-scratching head of the green hills, white-spotted fountains here and there! magic river full of blue water, the name is “Jadu Kata” (mesmerizing).
Who wouldn’t wish to float a little in Tanguar Haor of Sunamganj surrounded by Meghalayan mountains? Seeing the mountains floating in the haor, jumping into the water, delicious and authentic food, and non-stop gossiping are taken for granted.

Itinerary
The bus will leave Fakirapul Bus station in Dhaka at 10 pm. We will reach Sunamganj by 8 am the next day.
After reaching Sunamganj then head onto Taherpur by local four-wheeler transportation called “Leguna”. Then we will get on the trawler from Taherpur and we will get fresh and have breakfast. We will then set out for Tanguar Haor. First, we will go to the Watch Tower, after bathing in the clear water of the haor, we will then have our lunch in the trawler. Following finishing lunch, we will roam around the immaculately beautiful Tanguar Haor. We will reach Tekerghat by the afternoon. After having a light breakfast and tea here in the afternoon, we will go around and see some small and big hills. Then in the evening we will go back to the trawler and have a peaceful and calm sleep following a pleasant dinner at the trawler. Or you can remain awakened during the whole night because this night will be memorable for you. Hundreds of stars with a full moon are supposed to be in the sky.
If we can wake up very early today then surely a beautiful morning is waiting for us, Because the mountain peaks of the Indian state of Meghalaya are then completely covered with clouds, the scene must be immaculately beautiful to view. Again, a lovely breakfast in the trawler before leaving for Barikka toft. We will go down to Barikka toft, walk around there and go to the Jadu Kata river. We will take a bath there and have lunch in the trawler. Then we will go to the famous artist Zainul Abedin's Shimul flowers garder. We will spend the whole afternoon here with a light breakfast and tea. Then we will leave for Taherpur. We will come to Sunamganj again from Taherpur by local Leguna. We will head back to Dhaka after having dinner in Taherpur. Insh Allah, we will reach Dhaka the next morning!
